National Breastfeeding Week Monday 19th to Sunday 25th May

The RCM is working together with RCM Alliance Partner Mothercare to host informal advice clinics for parents in Mothercare stores across all four countries.  We are delighted that the event is also supported by Public Heath England.

Throughout the week, midwives, maternity support workers and infant feeding advisors will be meeting with women and families in a non-threatening environment, to help encourage consideration and continuation of breastfeeding. 

A range of activities will be held in the following stores:  Aintree, Birmingham, Bromley, Bury, Brixton, Bromborough, Cardiff stores (547 & 617), Chester, Croydon (stores 546 & 187), Crystal Peaks – Sheffield, Darlington, Grimsby, East Kilbride, Colliers Wood, Harlow, Isle of Wight, Halifax, Huddersfield, Hull, Jersey, Leeds, Lewisham, Livingston, Macclesfield, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Reading (246 and 612), Romford, Stevenage, Speke, Solihull, Stockton on tees, Stockport, Stoke on Trent, St Enoch’s, Swansea, Southampton, Taunton, Yeovil, Warrington, Weybridge
